FAU Medicine accepts insurance, and contracts with the following insurance plans:

Self-pay is also welcome. Please call the office for more information.

Payment of deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances or complete balances are due at the time of service. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit so you are aware of what your insurance covers and what your responsibilities are.
