The FAU Medicine Wellness Hub is currently operating on an online/virtual platform.

In these times of uncertainty, we can all leverage different tools to reduce our stress levels, such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, etc. We are happy to continue offering such activities to the
community, now easily accessible from home.
