Effective Monday, March 16, FAU Medicine Wellness Hub shifted to an online/virtual platform for all classes, lectures, and workshops.

In these times of uncertainty, we can all leverage different tools to reduce our stress levels, such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, etc. We are happy to continue offering such activities to the
community, now easily accessible from home. 

As always, our Wellness Hub activities are free to participants but registration is required.
